Motor accident...

"On the night of Thursday 8th November, I was driving home to Upper Coomera from Mt Tamborine in the wet, when my car fish tailed, and after doing a 180 degree turn, slammed into the mountain. It came to a sudden halt in the middle of the road (I was not speeding by the way). It happened so fast. My first thought after I came to a halt was to phone my family and then my Reiki Master - Jan and tell her. She immediately applied distant Reiki as did her four students - Maureen, Reagan, Gillian and Debra (who had gathered at Jan's house for a Reiki night). Jan also phoned Katherine and Christine who are also her students and my dearest friends.

I can't thank these ladies enough for the Reiki they sent me. I'm sure it was because of them that I stayed cool, calm and collected. I was even directing traffic so there wouldn't be any further accidents! There was never any doubt in my mind that I was being "looked after" during that terrible ordeal where all you can do is "Let go and Let God"

Reiki truly is a gift and I practice the 5 principles of Reiki every day especially the first principle, "Just for today I will practice attitude of gratitude"

My gratitude goes to, first of all, the Gift of Reiki and secondly to all the Reiki students out there."

Injured baby...

"A girlfriend of my sister had a baby and every time someone would hold him he would cry. Even his Mum couldn"t hold him without him crying. I said I would send Reiki to him and on doing so got terrible pains in my collarbone.

My Reiki does not come in words or pictures but in feelings and I could feel that this little person was in pain and its cause was in this area. I told my sister what I had found and being a sceptic she didn't pass it on. When the paediatrician came to do the release check he found that the little man had a broken collar bone that had been the result of the midwife having to hook her fingers under his armpits to pull him out.

My sister felt bad that she hadn't told her friend what I had found about a week prior to the paediatricians visit. I didn't see the little boy for a while after he came home, but when I did, he looked at me as if he already knew me - and I guess in a sense we had already met. He is a happy bouncing bundle now."

Reiki on Pets...

"I decided to have some reiki for my health as I am an Asthmatic and have lung disease. I came to see Jan and over a 12 month period I am a lot better within myself and my health has improved so much.

I decided to do reiki 1 and reiki 2 with Jan as I own a pet resort and I thought since reiki helped me so much I knew it would with animals as well.

My first experience with doing reiki on dogs was a really amazing experience and I will share it with you and I have the owners consent:

I had two little dogs who the owner had adopted and they came from a not so nice home environment and these little dogs attached themselves to their new owner so much that no one else could get near them, they would bite if they had the chance, so she decided to book these two precious little dogs in for board as she was going away and booked me to do some reiki on them each day for 1 week to see if that would release any built up problems that they had.

Well I can tell you, when I first met them I couldn't even get near them as they would bark and growl so much I wasn't sure what I could accomplish. I couldn't believe what happened next, I did some distant reiki on them for an hour and cleared some bad energy they had, the next day I was amazed when i went to their suite and they were jumping on me and hugged my leg, I was so excited at how quick they had settled down.

I put my hands on them and they just relaxed even more, I repeated this with them each day and those two little dogs became wonderful with everyone who came into contact with them. I just loved it to see how reiki had made such a difference with them as they were harbouring a lot of bad energy and once it was cleared for them you could see the change and their owner is so happy now as she can have guests over to her house and not worry about the little dogs biting them.

Reiki is just a life changing experience and animals just love it so much and are so acceptable to it.

Gratitude

"Dear Jan

I am compelled to write this note to you to say thank you. Yesterday's session with you was a wonderful experience for me.

You really are a gifted person and I feel truly honoured to have met you. The words you said and wrote to me has unlocked so much kept hidden away. I have been desperately seeking answers to things I have always felt needed to be answered. I have been learning and preparing to forgive for 20 years and now you have helped be find the true reason. I feel no anger at the answers just love and forgiveness and for that I am truly grateful to you.

I will be back soon because I have more  questions. Once again thankyou, you are an angel and God has blessed you with a very special gift of healing.

Reiki and life changing

I had  a broken ankle and 4 surgeries over 12 months.The last surgery was to remove an infection I developed 6 weeks after the 3rd surgery.

One of my work colleagues was sorry to see me suffering for such a long time and kindly offered to help with shiatsu massage massage and

energy healing.I heard about this treatment before,but never took it seriously. She performed few treatments and my ankle started to improve,I began to walk better and with less pain.I decided to research "energy healing" and found out information about Reiki,particularly that everyone can do it. I was very keen to learn Reiki and enrolled in first degree course with Jan.

Not long after completing the course, I noticed changes in my health and the way I looked at life.I became happier,positive and calmer,my sleep improved and the hot flushes I experienced over past couple of months disapeared.

The work colleague who helped me,performed another healing session and told me that my ankle "started to heal itself" and I don't need her help anymore. I was so happy and her statement boosted my confidence that I can now fully recover using Reiki. I always felt that something is missing in my life and didn't know what,just waiting for something to happen ............

Now I realised it was Reiki and it's so amazing how it came at the right time, to help with my ankle recovery,my general health and to improve the quality of my life.Reiki has given me focus and direction and I can see things more clearly ans positively. I appreciate life more, I am grateful for what I have and content  with who I am.

Reiki training was an amazing experience and I am very grateful for Jan's guidance and support.
