How do we acquire the art of Reiki?
There are three levels in the practice of USUI SHIKI RYOHO (USUI SYSTEM OF NATURAL HEALING) Reiki .
Reiki 1
REIKI needs to be acquired over 3 or 4 days - a $325 investment bring a lifetime of returns. You will receive four energy transfers via the crown of your head through to your hands by contact with the Reiki Master. You will be able to treat yourself and others.
After learning Reiki, you can practice at home or work by placing your hands over vital organs of your body to have extra energy boost without conscious effort.
Reiki relieves stress and pain, and stimulates the body's own healing processes. Reiki enhances flow of life force energy through direct touch.
During the class, you will be taught a series of hand positions over the torso, front, head and back. You will be able to give assistance to your family and friends.
REIKI USED IN FIRST AID
.By placing your hands over the injured site, you can relieve stress and shock and reduces swelling. It is also great for burns.
Reiki 2
Reiki 2 is an optional advanced level held over a period of the weekend for an investment of $730.
You are taught a method to access increased potency of the Reiki energy. You are able to project Reiki energy to others who are not within your reach over a distance without direct touch.
Your telepathic potential and extra-sensory perceptions are enhanced.
You may come back to any seminar at no further charge - just a small catering fee.

MASTER LEVEL
Master level is a calling. Timing is utmost important for me and the student. Just like becoming a headmaster of a school it takes many years and experience. Sometimes it is a natural progression for the student ,when the time is right.A minimum of 6years of practicing reiki before master iniation is appropriate.
I became a grandmaster being able to initiate Masters in 2007.

On a physical level, Reiki enhances the uptake of oxygen in the haemoglobin by up to 30%.
When you use Reiki, your brain wave pattern slows down to the meditational level of 8-10 hertz, equivalent to the natural rhythm of The Universe.
How Reiki Works
The body is always capable of healing itself given optimum resources; high quality nutrition, sunlight, air, water, exercise and a positive mental attitude and energy.
By enhancing the life force with Reiki energy transmitted through the hands, the body can mobilize its healing resources to reverse the disease process, physically, emotionally and mentally.
While it is generally experienced as calming and comforting, under some circumstances, Reiki can trigger a reaction or spontaneous healing crisis, by a rapid release of stored toxins, as in homeopathy and other natural therapies. This is a positive sign to do more Reiki until the temporary physical response passes.
