Reiki - Jan specializes in this treatment

The experience of Reiki, or "universal" energy, reduces stress, promotes deep relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing. It eases the pain of chronic diseases and aids in the withdrawal of addictive drugs, relieves flu, headaches, burns, cuts, nausea, allergies, and sports injuries, and is good for female problems.

Reiki promotes a deeper understanding of the self and others, and helps overcome fear and anxiety while promoting self-esteem. It reduces the side effects of drugs, eg chemo and radiation therapy, while enhancing the positive effects, improves memory, creativity and learning ability.

A.D.D - Reiki treatment, particularly over the temple area of the head, have great results with diet, combined with homoeopathy. I have worked extensively with A.D.D. support groups, headmasters and after school and daycare employees. Working with these people has helped the childrens' overall improvement.
Grief
Migraines - connected with the gallbladder. Reiki is administered over the torso, releasing the causes of the migraines
Infertility - I specialize in this field working with Iridology and Homoeopathy. I especially use Reiki over the ovaries and head area. Quite often past lives have a strong bearing on being able to conceive. After blockages are removed, and sometimes working in with IVF procedures, many babies have been born, which has given me great joy and to the parents also

I usually recommend a few sessions of Reiki to treat these conditions where the reiki is administered over the torso firstly and then the head area.

For the relief of emotional and physical problems, come and experience the ancient energy transmission through the hands. A Reiki treatment with Jan will, if you wish, tap into your sub-conscious and find out the source of your stress and blockages. The Reiki energy then sets about releasing and resolving these issues. A client usually feels very peaceful and relaxed after a Reiki session, feeling very empowered.

At the end of your session, Jan will provide you with a written reading to take home. This will provide you with greater direction and purpose in your life and guide you with diet, supplements and other issues that may need to be changed in one's lifestyle. Sometimes, past lives are also released quite gently during the session.

Naturopathic Nutrition

A diet that suits the individual the perfect information comes through whilst during a Reiki treatment on the client. Jan's experience in Reiki allows the appropriate supplements, diet and some foods the client might need to avoid.

A Reiki treatment on small infants is an excellent way to find out why the baby is unsettled or not thriving. Sometimes lactose intolerance to milk formulas are the cause of children being unwell. Allergies are picked up via the child's sub-conscious. The results are quite amazing, if the recommendations are followed.

Iridology

This method of diagnosis was pioneered both in Europe and America. From signs in the eye, the function of all the body's organs and systems can be analysed. The eye reflects the true health condition of the body before the physical symptoms appear, and therefore the appropriate preventative treatment can be selected. A brilliant diagnostic tool - a window to the soul.

Quite often people are referred onto their GP's for further blood tests, heart tests and scans as a result of studying the iris. An iris diagnosis can get to a health problem very quickly, enabling the client to address the problem, even before lots of symptoms appear.

Homoeopathy

Homoeopathy is the method of treating disease on a highly individual basis, using minute quantities of substances such as herbs and minerals, which are placed under the tongue. Very easy for young children to take. Homeopathy treats the emotional and physical predispositions underlying ill health. It treats the whole body - emotional and physical combined. Symptoms go very rapidly using homoeopathy.

Depression & negativity are released almost instantly once the correct remedy is selected.

Homeopathy is absolutely wonderful in treating children's complaints, fevers, rashes and crying.

Jan trained in homoeopathy as a result of her 2 yr old son not wanting to take medicines. Squirting the remedy into his mouth gave quick results, which prompted Jan into obtaining her diploma. Many, many mums call by and pick up the remedies to administer to their children. Like having a first-aid cupboard at hand so that they can treat their children naturally, especially for fevers, bruises, burns and teething

Hangovers or Food Poisoning - have Nux Vomica on standby in the cupboard.

Reflexology

The soles of your feet are a map of your body. Reflexology is a method for stimulating the reflexes in corresponding parts of the body. The reaction could best be described as very healing.

Usually when your feet are sore or aching, there is some health problem going on in some part of your body. Reflexology is very diagnostic.

Giving treatment has picked up tumours in bladders, heart conditions and neck problems. It also works brilliantly with Iridology as a diagnostic tool. Usually after a session, it motivates people to carry out their goals.

Feet represent moving forward in life, so stimulating all that stale energy with Reflexology helps the person move forward in life quicker, rather than being stagnant.

We highly recommend treatment a couple of times per year to keep you motivated.

Past Life Regression

This happens sometimes during a Reiki treatment, releasing fears and blockages that affects the health or well being of the person.

CASE HISTORY - Child presented with a severe stutter, and a Reiki treatment was given to her, and a few past lives were released. A house blessing was also done on the girls' bedroom and her stutter improved dramatically. Consequently, the girl's mother did my Reiki 1 & 2 classes and was able to keep doing Reiki on her daughter and her daughter's speech was almost back to normal within no time.

JANS 1ST PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH A PASTLIFE -I had always been scared of falling down stairs and had fallen down them since I was quite young. I worked at AMP in Sydney when I was 17 years old, and for a fire drill, we had to walk down 25 flights of stairs. I was frozen with fear.

During a Reiki session, I saw myself at the top of a castle with a tall hat on my head. I was pushed to the bottom of the castle to my death.

To my amazement, I went to Europe a couple of years later, and was able to walk down 300 steps. The Reiki must have healed the fear in me of falling. Since then, I have climbed Sydney Harbour Bridge with much joy. I got my first hand experience of how when a past life is released, it can change your life forever.

Jan's experience in Reiki is manifold. Her training is with the lineage bearer of the Usui System of Natural Healing, Phyllis Lei Furumoto. Jan has been a Reiki Master / Teacher since 1994.

Jan is a qualified workplace trainer assessor certificate 1V under the Australian National Training Authority.
